So. Welcome to my new blog. If you read my old one, you know that after 9 years of friendship, Bob and finally got our stuff together. And we're getting married. In two months. Holy balls!
For those of you who are new, Bob and I met in college when he moved in next door to me. June 1, 2002. We became the best of friends during those college days. Sharing the torture of many family functions, many plates of cheesefries, and as many chick flicks as I could cram into our lives. Poor guy was definitely stuck in "the friend zone."
Fast forward 9 years, June 26, 2011. He came back from (yet another) deployment, called me in Little Rock, and invited me over to Memphis for the weekend. And life just clicked. Everything made sense. Our family and friends exclaimed, "FINALLY!" And so here we are. Getting married in 2 months.
Bob and Candi are not our real names, but are the names we gave each other after one particularly horrendous movie (that I loved) from our college days. So here we are (almost).. Bob and Candi Guy. Welcome to our life!
