SJ Thursday: Sunday Edition.

Since I forgot about SJ Thursday (a lot recently), I thought I'd post Sarah Sunday. This picture was from the holidays and I meant to post it earlier, but forgot that too.

Last year's lady bug is this year's ice cream cone! How cute is this little thing?! An ice cream cone with a cupcake candy bucket! According to her Mom, SJ was a natural at trick or treating. She obvs takes after her Aunt Candi!

SJ Thursday: Puppy Dog Edition.

Introducing our newest family member... Reesie! Or Theresa Louise when she's in trouble. We picked her up last night and we've already learned a few things...

She and Jack hate each other.
We're in love with her.
She's in love with her cow.
She likes cat food. (Yes, I know it's bad. We thought she was eating her food, but no. Jack's food is now unreachable for Reesie.)
She walks well on a leash. Ish.
She LOVES other puppy dogs. Especially if they're on a leash too...

Reesie is around 10 months old and she's a Rottweiler/Mystery mix. We rescued her from SSRR, which does amazing work for Rottweiler puppy dogs. If you're interested in your very own Theresa Louise, please check out their website.

Her bestest friend, Aspen. They haven't met yet, but Aspen's Mom and I plan to make this relationship work. Aspen wears the cone of shame to protect her fixin' stitches. She won't meet Reesie until she's all healed up. Reese likes to play. Hard.

Over on my old blog, Thursdays were Thoughtless Thursdays, because it gave me a break from having to think about a blog post. That was back when I wrote a post every day. Those days are LONG gone. Toward the end, I converted Thoughtless Thursdays into SJ Thursday so I could post my favorite picture of the week of Sarah Jane.
